Ericka Wolfe

President and Co-Founder

Ericka has practiced social work for nearly 25 years by serving families, children and individuals. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La. Her relevant/core coursework studies included Social Work Practices, Child Psychology, Family and Law, Families in Crisis, Human Behavior, Parenting and Drug Abuse. Her life work encompasses building healthy families, working with children who struggle behaviorally, advocating for children as a child advocate with CASA, child mentoring, facilitating parent council meetings and providing community-based services and supports to individuals with disabilities and their families. In addition, Ericka is a patient advocate and connects patients to resources in the 

community to assist them in living a better and healthier life. She firmly believes that strong families equal strong communities. Ericka is a Terrebonne Leadership graduate and discovered through the program the richness of the community and carried with her that richness through the nonprofit HAP (Helping All People). Ericka is compassionate and educated about program planning for nonprofit organizations and strives to maintain the core values needed to have a flourishing and successful nonprofit. She stands by HAP’s mission and vision and strives to inspire others to give back to their community.
